Peter McGaugh is the President of the Professional Enneagram Association of Canada (PEAC), the International Enneagram Association's Canadian Affiliate. Peter owns Take5 Coaching & Engagement Solutions, where he utilizes the Enneagram extensively in the development and transformative work he does with Executives and their teams in pursuit of his mission to bring more humanness to organizations. Peter is based in Montreal and has 3 awesome kids who provide new and enlightening learnings experiences on a daily basis. Peter can be reached at peter@take5coaching.com.
Catherine Bell is CEO of BluEra, a boutique executive search and team transformation firm based in Canada that is affiliated with 74 other countries. BluEra's vision is to build evolved and awakened teams through executive search and team transformation. She has helped to build many Canadian companies, including Canada's largest corporation as well as smaller entrepreneurial organizations. Catherine has a sociology degree from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from Queen's University. She is also certified with Riso-Hudson Enneagram and in the Nine Domains Approach, and is accredited by the International Enneagram Association. A Senior Member of Ginger Lapid-Bogda's Enneagram in Business Network, Catherine started PEAC and is the Enneagram Institute's representative in Canada. In 2012, her firm was recognized as one of the top workplaces in Alberta for community involvement. Catherine lives in Calgary with her husband and two young boys. Terry St. Pierre is a Senior Consultant with Generative Leadership Group, having worked with the firm since 1994. She coaches executives and their teams, consults on change initiatives and facilitates custom designed team sessions and training programs. Sheri Wise is a Certifed Management Accountant ("CMA") who has focused her career in the renewable energy industries, currently as Corporate Controller at BluEarth Renewables Inc. (www.bluearthrenewables.com). In addition, she acts as Treasurer for a not-for-profit organization focused on providing sustainable technologies to under-developed regions. Sheri is passionate about improving people's lives, both through personal development and humanitarian support. She enjoys a very active life in Calgary with her husband and two sons.

David Savage is a professional coach and serves successful negotiators and leaders. Since 1975, Dave has built numerous Canadian petroleum firms. Dave has also co-founded transformative organizations including the Company-to-Company Dispute Resolution Council (2002), the Global Negotiation Insight Institute (2008) and Enneagram Canada (2010). Heather Marasse is a Partner with Generative Leadership Group (GLG), and has been with the company since 1997. Prior to joining GLG, she spent 14 years in telecommunications. Her professional background is in marketing, organizational strategy and the implementation of change. Heather has a unique talent for understanding strategic business issues and their impact on the human systems within organizations. She and her colleagues at GLG have worked with numerous clients to help them undertake significant initatives in their business and they utilize the Enneagram extensively in their facilitation, consultation and coaching practice. Nancy Finlayson was ordained in the United Church of Canada and holds a Masters in Divinity from the University of Winnipeg, as well as a Bachelor of Education from the University of Manitoba. She is a trained and certified Spiritual Director with extensive education and experience in the area of spiritual formation, psychology and Enneagram studies. Nancy is currently ministering to the "church beyond the pews" in and through her spiritual direction practice, grief work, Enneagram consulting and workshops. She is also on the faculty of religion at St. Mary's Academy in Winnipeg. Rev. Nancy is passionate about enabling people to use the Enneagram as a tool of discernment and in helping others live with the kind of personal freedom that issues forth in love and justice to others.
